We understand that navigating the complexities of adoption and mental health can sometimes feel overwhelming. You might not have the time  or resources to fully embrace therapy services, or perhaps the current waitlist with your network providers feels too long. If you’re a parent, caregiver, or an advocate within the adoption community, and you’re interested in connecting 1-on-1 with me to help you address an adoption- or mental health-related need, this consultation is for you.

Please note, this consultation is not therapy, but it will provide you with valuable insights and direction. During our time together, you will gain a clearer understanding of available mental health services and what might be the right therapy, intervention and resources for you, your child, or your family.

What You Can Expect From Your Consultation:

During your 120-minute consultation, we will focus on your specific needs and concerns related to adoption and mental health. You will receive clarity on the different types of therapy and support available, guidance on what therapeutic approaches might be most beneficial for your unique situation. You will also receive a curated list of 3-4 therapists or professionals within your insurance network, as well as relevant in-state and out-of-state adoption resources, a selection of helpful books and podcasts that can support you on your journey, and recommendations for books or other resources tailored to your child’s or teen’s age to help them understand their own journey.
